Welcome to Nyla Abayas & Ladies Tailoring, operated by Ameena Jabeen Abayat.

We aim to provide quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction across our uniforms, ladies tailoring, alterations and customized abaya services.

1. Customized & Made-to-Order Garments

Uniforms, tailored outfits and abayas made according to customer measurements, designs or specifications are generally not eligible for returns or refunds due to a change of mind once production has started.

This does not affect your rights under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

2. Returns & Exchanges

For eligible non-customized items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items should be unused, undamaged and in their original condition.

Requests involving defective items, incorrect stitching or garments that differ from agreed specifications will be reviewed and resolved in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Alterations & Quality Concerns

If you experience a fitting or stitching issue, please contact us promptly.

Where the issue results from our workmanship, we will assess it and offer an appropriate correction or remedy.

Changes requested after the original measurements or design have been approved may involve additional charges.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation requests are subject to the order's production status.

Where work has already commenced or materials have been purchased specifically for an order, reasonable costs may apply, subject to applicable law.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be processed within 10 working days, using the original payment method where possible.

Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.

6. Production & Delivery

Estimated completion timelines depend on garment design, material availability and order quantity.

  • Customized garments: Approximately 10–14 days, subject to confirmation.

  • Bulk uniform orders: Timelines will be agreed upon during quotation and order confirmation.

Pickup and delivery availability, charges and conditions will be communicated before order confirmation.
