Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Kindly make sure your address information is full and detailed to avoid any shipment delays.

Shipping rates & Delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery of the products will be within 5-7 Business Days to our shipping destinations. There may be shipping delays during busy periods (E.g Ramadhan season, Eid, Sale periods), holidays, and unexpected circumstances.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please note that a signature will be required once receiving the package from the courier. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned packages.

How should I care my abaya?

To maintain your abaya in excellent condition, hand wash it with cold water and a mild detergent. Avoid rubbing or wringing the fabric to prevent damage.

If you prefer machine washing, place your abaya in a mesh laundry bag and use a delicate, cold wash cycle.

Refrain from using harsh chemicals or bleach to prevent fading or tearing.

Air dry your abaya away from direct sunlight. Gently squeeze out excess water, then lay it flat or place it on a clothing rack.

When ironing, turn the abaya inside out and use a low heat setting. Place a thin towel or fabric over it while ironing to avoid heat damage.
How do I choose the right size abaya?

Then, measure your bust by wrapping the tape around your chest to the fullest part of your bust, ensuring it's parallel to the ground.

After that, measure the narrowest part of your waist and the fullest part of your hips.
